By using HyperQuery™, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service description

HyperQuery™ provides SQL query rewriting using a mathematics-based inference engine. The service charges $199 per successful rewrite — defined as a case where the engine identifies a valid transformation between your source and target SQL dialects.

Payment terms

• You are charged $199 only when a rewrite is identified and you explicitly approve the charge.
• If no rewrite is found, there is no charge.
• All charges are final. Refunds are issued at our discretion for documented technical failures.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Acceptable use

• You may use HyperQuery™ only for lawful purposes.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• You represent that you own or have the right to submit any SQL queries you provide.

Limitation of liability

HyperQuery™ is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty that rewrites will be error-free in all environments. You should test rewritten queries before deploying them in production. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific rewrite in question.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
