HyperQuery™ ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

• Account information: Your email address and a hashed password when you create an account.
• Payment information: We store only the last four digits and card brand. Full card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Transaction records: A log of each rewrite you purchase, including the SQL query submitted and the rewritten output, for your own reference in your account history.
• Usage data: Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and operational purposes.

What we do not collect

• SQL queries are processed in-memory and are not retained after the rewrite response is delivered, except as part of your personal transaction history.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your queries to train any AI or machine learning models.

• To provide and improve the HyperQuery™ service
• To process payments and maintain transaction records
• To communicate with you about your account
• To comply with legal obligations

Data retention

Account data is retained for the life of your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@queryrewrite.com.
